AHS would like to invite you to be a part of Anderson High School's Homecoming celebration. Please see the calendar of events below. We cannot wait to celebrate our Homecoming fun with you!
AHS Homecoming Parade
Will be donated to The Jim Pope Memorial Scholarship Fund
Jim Pope was a beloved custodian and family member at Anderson High School. He took the time to know each student and adult at AHS and was a HUGE supporter and FAN of the AHS Football Team and Athletics Department. Help us honor Jim's memory and come celebrate Homecoming 2017 with us.
Anderson Redskins VERSUS Loveland Tigers VARSITY FOOTBALL GAME
Jump clinic for new jumpers interested in trying out is Wednesday, September 27th. Forms were handed out Monday at school to anyone that wanted one. They must be signed and returned by Monday, September 25th in order to participate.
Rappin' Ropes Tryouts are Wednesday, October 4th. Packets will be handed out Monday, September 25th to anyone interested in trying out. Please read packets carefully, as there is a teacher component that has to be filled out and turned in prior to tryouts.
On both days students will meet in the gym. We will then take them to the cafeteria to eat a snack if they brought one. No food can be in the gym at anytime.
Email questions to email@example.com.
Picture day is coming next Thursday, September 21st!
Fall pictures are used in the Yearbook so ALL students will be photographed regardless of whether you place an order.
An order form will be coming home in the next couple of days or you can order online at mylifetouch.com with the code: JC017195Q0.
From now until 9/22, you can request some cool spirit wear for your little Archer or yourself. There are some very cute new designs!

This year the PTA has organized a wide variety of before and after school enrichment programs to make the most of your child's time at Sherwood.
To see what we have to offer this year, download the PDF booklet.
Scholarships are available for FHSD students. Please contact the school counselor Lisa Suttman at firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
If you love the smell of books and helping children fall in love with the written word - this one's for you.
The PTA is seeking volunteers to help out this year in Sherwood's Media Center.
As a library/media center volunteer, you will check in returned books and re shelve them, help the children check out books, keep shelves straight and help Mr. Ernst.
The Sherwood media center and library cannot run without the help of volunteers. If you can help, sign up for a time here.
If this isn't the right opportunity for you, no worries! Just keep an eye on the Volunteer Opportunities tab for upcoming chances to help.
