We've discussed traffic patterns at Sherwood on multiple occasions and are always looking to improve upon what we can do to create a safer, more efficient pick-up and drop-off system.
Over the course of the past week, we have had our school resource officer on site observing traffic patterns and has offered suggestions. Several are more immediate, others will take some planning and will be incorporated into next year's plan.
Some basic suggestions are:
Now that the school year is in full swing, it's time to narrow down which before or after school enrichment offerings your family plans to take advantage of.
Spanish by World of Spanish starts Monday, Sept 26 for all grades.
Dance by Performing Arts, Inc. is offering hip hop & ballet classes. Fun starts Wednesday, Sept 14 for all grades.
Young Rembrandts Drawing starts Wednesday, Sept 28 for all grades.
Kidz Home Alone is Wednesday, Sept 28 and Oct 5. This is for kids in 4-6th grade.
Quickness Speed Agility Training begins on Friday, Oct 21 and runs until Nov 18. This program is for grades 2 to 6.
Starglazers Pottery runs from Oct 3-24 and is for all grades.
